“We build projects our customers can be proud of and enjoy their lives in,” says Dom Ricciuti Jr. “Choosing a homebuilder is a big decision—it’s about trust. And in some cases, we do. Dom Jr. lives in Chavelle Estates, one of the company’s newest developments, while his father and business partner, Dom Sr., calls Rockland Manor—one of our earlier communities—home. For us, homebuilding isn’t just business. It’s personal.
A Family Tradition of Excellence
Ricciuti Enterprise is more than a company—it’s a legacy. It all began in 1958 with Dom Jr.’s grandfather, then continued through his uncles, and now to Dom Sr. and Dom Jr., who lead the company today.
“Our father-son partnership is built on mutual respect,” says Dom Jr. “I’m lucky to have a mentor with decades of experience. My father listens, teaches, and guides me as we take this company into the future.”
Dom Jr.’s passion for building started young. At just 13 years old, he worked laborer jobs alongside his father, learning firsthand what it takes to build a home from the ground up. He later earned a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh, worked for large commercial building firms, and then joined his father in 2001, blending his hands-on experience, technical expertise, and passion for construction.
This unique combination of tradition and innovation makes Ricciuti Enterprise different from other homebuilders. “We honor our history while staying focused on what’s next,” says Dom Jr.

Dom Sr. was the 2002 President of the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (BAMP) and a two-time Builder of the Year (2000 & 2005). Dom Jr. continues this tradition, serving on BAMP’s Executive Board and representing the company at the Pennsylvania Builders Association.
